It is an Agreement between the Home owner and RANGER HVAC LLC to send a technician to perform a periodic preventive maintenance through out the year to make sure your unit(s) are properly maintained. Anyone with an HVAC unit or system should get a Service Agreement for Lower operating cost, Peace of mind and Increased Comfort.
